Welcome to Lil Kart ("Platform", "Website", "we", "us", or "our"), an e-commerce platform operated by Holistic Explorer Online (Registered Office: 03 Number Bus Stand, Behind Prayag Hospital, Gandhi Nagar, Nawada, Bihar – 805110, India). By accessing, browsing, registering an account, purchasing products, or enrolling as a Reseller/Partner on lilkart.in, you ("User", "Customer", "Reseller", or "You") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility and User Account Registration
- Legal Capacity: You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to make transactions on this platform.
- Account Accuracy: When registering an account or placing an order, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete personal and delivery information.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Products, Educational Kits & NEP 2020 Compliance
All preschool & nursery curriculum sets, flashcards, STEM learning kits, talking books (AIRA AI), and educational supplies displayed on Lil Kart are designed in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) and National Curriculum Framework (NCF). While we make every effort to display product colors, specifications, and packaging accurately, actual colors and dimensions may vary slightly based on screen calibrations and manufacturer production batches.
4. Pricing, GST Invoicing & Currency
- All prices listed on Lil Kart are stated in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹) and are inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) under Indian tax regulations.
- We reserve the right to revise prices, discounts, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
- For every completed order, an official GST Tax Invoice (PDF) is generated, containing our legal business details, GSTIN, HSN codes, and itemized tax breakdowns, downloadable directly from your customer account.
5. Payment Terms & Security
Payments on Lil Kart are securely processed through PayU Payment Gateway and certified banking partners. We support:
- Unified Payments Interface (UPI): Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and bank UPI apps.
- Debit & Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and Maestro (secured via 3D-Secure 2-factor OTP authentication).
- Net Banking: Over 50+ major Indian scheduled banks.
- Wallets & Cash on Delivery (COD): Where applicable and serviceable by our logistics network.
Lil Kart never stores, captures, or processes your sensitive credit card CVV numbers, UPI PINs, or banking passwords on our local servers. All payment communications are encrypted via 256-Bit SSL certificates.
6. Order Acceptance, Cancellation & Verification
Receipt of an order confirmation email or SMS does not constitute final acceptance of an order. Lil Kart reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product stock unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, suspicious fraudulent activity, or unserviceable pincodes. In the event of a cancellation after payment receipt, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
7. Partner / Reseller Ecosystem & Commission Rules
- Registered Lil Kart Partners earn commissions (up to 35%) on eligible purchases made through their unique storefront URL or 60-day 1st-party attribution tracking cookies.
- Commissions are settled automatically through PayU Marketplace Split Settlements directly to the verified bank account or UPI ID provided during KYC verification.
- Self-referral abuse, fraudulent bulk ordering, spamming, or violating partner ethics may result in immediate suspension of partner privileges and forfeiture of pending unverified commissions.
8. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software comprising the Lil Kart platform and AIRA AI systems are the exclusive intellectual property of Holistic Explorer Online and protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without express written authorization.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lil Kart and its directors, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the platform or products purchased thereon.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to Lil Kart shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Nawada, Bihar, India.
